Miss Tolani, daughter of the Secretary to the State Government of Oyo, Alhaji Ismail Olalekan, has been nominated for this year’s The Future Awards Africa.
Tolani, who had to dump medical degree for photography is the documentary photographer to Governor Abiola Ajimobi and the first to occupy such role in Nigeria.
He got the motivations for ‘composing images that document the special moments that occur in one’s lifetime while growing up.
Writing on her instagram page via @TolaniAlli, she said: ’Man what A YEAR!! As a person I’m always so focused on how I can conquer my next challenge that I don’t even focus on the progress I’ve made thus far. Still growing spiritually but man there is a GOD!! He’s come through for me in all areas and all I can say is that his grace radiates. He’s aligned me with the greatest people(too many to mention) who have been a blessing in more ways than one.
