The Vice-Chancellor, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Professor Michael Ologunde, has inaugurated a 13-member caretaker committee following the crisis rocking the Students’ Union body.
The committee, according to a report LAUTECH UCJ, comprises of students in each faculty and Commandants of para military groups to interface between Management and Students pending when the crisis rocking the Students’ Union is resolved.
The committee to be chaired by one of the student, Olabiyi Olamide Anthony, has been saddled with duties which include principally, ensuring of peace on the University campuses, is to pursue all legal means of maintaining stable academic calendar and the promotion of culture of learning and character among students
