The newly elected National Working Committee of All Progressives Congress APC have been urged to be magnanimous in victory and work towards success of the party in 2019 general elections.
Senator Abdulfatai Buhari chairman Senate Committee on ICT and Cybercime gave this charge in a congratulatory message to the Comrade Adams Oshiomhole led executives.
The lawmaker representing Oyo North Senatorial district at the upper chamber of the National Assembly also said that the NWC Should restore sanity and reconciled aggreived members of the party immediately.
“According to him, the party is having challeges in many states and for us to retain those states we control now and add more to it, we have to bring back to our fold those who are angry and planing to leave the party.
The lawmaker stressed on the need for harmonious working relation between the party and most especially Executive and Legislative so as to avoid working at cross purposes and dissenting voices.
He however congratulates President Muhammadu Buhari, the National Leader of the party Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the progressive governors forum , the convention committee and other stakeholders for the peaceful and successful convention and wish the elected officials a sucessful tenure.
