Alliance for Oke-Ogun Development have applauded the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde for the tremendous feats recorded by his administration in office in the last one year.
This commendation was contained in a press release signed by the group National Coordinator Engr. Fasasi Abiodun.
Otunba Abiodun noted that within the space of one year in office, in his words, “the present administration has made significant impact, particularly in the areas of road infrastructure, human capital development, Security and Education”.
According to him, positioning of Mobile Police Squadron (MOP72) in Okeogun was commendable, he also appreciate the Governor for his kind gesture in the area of increase the security situation of Okeogun region and State at large.
Otunba utilised the medium to make passionate plea to the Governor by coming to the aid of Okeogun in fulfilling of his administration’s promise to Iseyin people of Oke-Ogun by approve at least a mini campus of State Technical University to the people of Iseyin Oke-Ogun or a fullfledge high institution of learning.
Engr Abiodun also appreciated the Governor for considering it worthy to appoint some sons and daughters of Oke-Ogun to serve in his cabinet, assuring him of their continuous progressive input into the State’s governance, policies and programmes.
