Governor Abiola Ajimobi on Sunday, September 16, 2018, hosted Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, to a dinner at the Governor’s lodge, Ibadan, Oyo state capital.
This is coming a week after the governor received in audience the Police AIG, Danjuma M. Ibrahim, Zone 11 at the governor’s office, Agodi, Ibadan.

Details of the meeting yet unknown but feelers say it is part of measures to maintain adequate security across the state ahead of the 2019 general elections as the state has been judged to be one of the most peaceful states in the country.
