Pacesetters Progressive Parliamentarians have condoled with the senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Senator Fatai Buhari over the demise of his mother, Alhaja Buhari.
Pacesetters Progressive Parliamentarians is a group of former and serving parliamentarians in Oyo state.
The group described the death as an irreparable loss to the family and prayed to God to grant Alhaja Burahi eternal rest.
The group said this, on Tuesday, in a statement signed by Honourable Bolaji Badmos, lawmaker who represented Akinyele State Constituency II during the 8th Assembly on behalf of other members.
Pacesetters Progressive Parliamentarians urged the Senator and Buhari family to take solace in the fact that their late matriarch lived to witness the enormous successes achieved by his children.
The statement reads in part: “We, Pacesetters Progressive Parliamentarians want to use this medium to commiserate with Senator Fatai Buhari, senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District over the demise of his mother, Alhaja Buhari.
“Pacesetters Progressive Parliamentarians is a body of the former and serving Parliamentarians in Oyo state. The demise of Alhaja Buhari is an irreparable loss. We prayed to Almighty God to grant her eternal rest.
“The Buhari family should take solace in the fact that Alhaja Buhari lived a fulfilled life as a mother.”
