OYO state chapter of the umbrella of Youths for New Nigeria- YNN- felicitate with Muslims in the state on the celebration of this year’s Eid kabir festival.
Prayers was said by the Oyo State Coordinator, Comrade Abdulwahab Ameen Olalekan on Friday during Jumat Prayers preceding the festivity.
The forum with cheers and happiness appreciates God for the preservation of life of all citizens and residents of Oyo state and wishes all Muslims to be steadfast in their worship of Almighty Allah as we experience this year’s Eid Kabir festival celebration in peace and harmony.
“YNN also encourages youths to do all things accordingly and modestly during and after the festive season and to ensure all celebration go smoothly without any form of violence.
“Though it is noted that some people might have experienced hard times and not able to purchase a ram, sheep or goat for the very important sacrifice of the season, we must commend the intellectual strides of the Executive Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde in providing progressive leadership in the state.
“Oyo State YNN appreciates the governor on his educational policies being implemented, much more the N500,000 approved for each of Oyo state indigene in the Nigerian Law School as education grant, God bless you and grace you with more wisdom to lead the state further.
“May all our prayers be answered Insha Allah.”
