Oyo state Post Primary Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has dismissed lists going around on social media platforms for the teachers’ recruitment in the state.
The purported lists contained more than 2000 candidates and claiming it was originated from the service commission.
A top official at the OYO TESCOM office told InsideOyo.com on Thursday that the list is fake as nothing on the recruitment yet.
“There is nothing like list for now, all the news circulating are fake. Disregard,” he told InsideOyo.com.
On the same day , Mrs Olabisi Oderinde Perm Sec at the Oyo state Post Primary Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) released a satement dismissing the list as fake.
The statement reads, “This is to inform the general public that the attention of the Oyo state Post Primary Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has been drawn to a list circulating in the social media concerning on-going recruitment exercise.
“The said list is false, fictitious and a ruse as no list has been made nor published by TESCOM.
Mrs Oderinde said applicants should wait for authentic information from the Executive Chairman of the commission after COVID-19 lockdown.
“Members of the Public and particularly applicants are advised to discountenance the lists and await authentic information from the Executive Chairman of the commission after COVID-19 lockdown. The member of the public will be rightly informed at the right time. “
