Teachers in Oyo State, who are members of Ajumose Legacy Teachers Forum (ALTF), have commended Governor Abiola Ajimobi for the recent payment of their salaries and approval of car loans.
Chairman of the Forum, Alhaji Ganiyu Akeem Adesina, gave the commendation on behalf of other members.
Adesina, in a statement, said: “The entire members of the forum want to appreciate Governor Ajimobi for paying workers’ salaries, especially the teachers.
“We know you to be a man of your words; we are following your good legacy and assuring you that ALTF is behind your government. We promised our 100 per cent loyalty.”
The forum also thanked Governor Ajimobi for approving car loans to teachers in both primary and secondary schools, urging teachers in the state to reciprocate the gesture by being “diligent, punctual and dedicated to their primary assignment.”
