The Oyo State House of Assembly led by Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin has sacked Hon. Olamide Olagoke Akinajo as House Committee Chairman on Works and Transport.
Akinajo was immediately replaced on Tuesday as lawmaker resumed plenary after forty days break.

Hon. Akinajo is a lawmaker representing Ibadan North East state constituency 1. He is also Mogaji Ile Akinajo, a newly Mogaji installed by Olubadan of Ibadanland.
The replacement, sources at the House told InsideOyo.com that it is against the ground rules on the selection committee members.
Hon. Akinajo will be replaced by Kehinde Taofeek Olatunde from Akinyele constituency II, known as Deacon, He is presently House Committee Chairman on Appropriations.
