As some People’s Democratic Party, PDP stalwarts in Oyo State recently appointed as aides to Governor Seyi Makinde continue to bask in the euphoria of their appointments, the Speaker of the State Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin has joined many well wishers to congratulate the appointees.
The Speaker who expressed joy over the appointments described the newly appointed as individuals who will add great value to their various political offices.
Recall that Governor Seyi Makinde appointed Seun Fakorede former Commissioner for Youth and Sports as his Executive Adviser on Youth and Sports, Dr Akin Fagbemi former OYRTMA as Chairman, Oyo State Hospital Management Board and Prince Falana Adebowale as Chairman, Oyo State Youth Development Agency.
Others are former member House of Representatives, Hon. Busari Olayemi as Executive Adviser on Inter-Party Affairs, former Chairman, Ibadan North Local Government, Hon Ademola Omotosho as Chairman, Oyo State Housing Corporation, Alh. Babalola Afobaje as the Chairman of Oyo State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), Deacon Adeoye Ademola as Chairman of Oyo State Board for Technical and Vocational Education (BOTAVED) and Hon. Doshima Josephine Aneh as Special Assistant on Inter-Governmental Affairs and Northern States Liaison and other notable personalities appointed into various positions.
The Speaker said he was convinced that all the appointees would add value to governance in Oyo State.
