Two months after commissioning two blocks of 3 classrooms each in two Oyo public schools, the senator representing Oyo South senatorial district in The Senate, Rilwan Adeoji Akanbi yesterday handed over another block of three classrooms to the management of Christ High School, Orita Aperin, Ibadan.
At the commissioning yesterday, party chieftains, community leaders, education enthusiasts showered praised on Akanbi, who was also a former member of the House of Representatives.
Like others, the modern classrooms have built with ceiling fans, modern chairs, borehole and VIP Toilets, while writing materials and textbooks were distributed to students.
The lawmaker, it would be recalled, commissioned a block of 3 classrooms for pupils and head teachers, with table and chairs in Anwar-Ul Islam Grammar School, Eleyele, in Ibadan North West Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Other projects he has commissioned included:

•Block of 3 Classrooms with Pupils and Head Teachers Tables and Chairs in Cheshire High School(Senior),Sango/Eleyele Express way in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
•Two faces VIP Toilets in Cheshire High School (Senior), Sango/Eleyele Express way in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
•Motorized Borehole with Over Head tanks in Cheshire High School (Senior), Sango/Eleyele Express way in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
• Block of 3 Classrooms with pupils & Head teachers table and Chairs in Oke-Aako High School Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
• Two faces VIP Toilets in Oke-Aako High School Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
• Hand-Pumps Borehole in Ansar-Udeen II mosque, along Sapoto Road Oke Ola Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
•Block of 3 Classrooms with Pupils and Head Teachers’ tables and chairs in Iberekodo High School,Igboora in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of Oyo State.
• Two faces VIP Toilets in Iberekodo High School, Igboora in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of Oyo State.
•Motorized Borehole with overhead tanks in Iberekodo High School Igboora in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of Oyo State.
• Sen Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi revived the Primary school named “AGBENI METHODIST BASIC SCHOOL” at Agbeni area of Ibadan,Oyo State, which was built by Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo of the blessed memory within ‘AGBENI METHODIST CHURCH’,Agbeni area,Ibadan.
