The Chairman, Oyo State Housing Corporation, Barrister Bayo Lawal, has felicitated with Christian faithfuls on the occasion of this year’s christmas.
Bayo Lawal, who’s the Bamofin of Kisi also congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
He said this while speaking with newsmen on Saturday in Saki where he was to attend the Governor’s birthday ceremony.
The former attorney general of the state also urged Christians faithful to use this period to pray for peace and tranquility for the state and Nigeria at large.
While calling for more support and prayers for Governor Makinde, he commended him for the equal distribution of developmental projects across the state especially in Oke Ogun.
He concluded by urging the people of Oke Ogun and Oyo state to support the Governor beyond 2023 and assured them of more dividends of democracy.
His words: “As Christians faithful celebrate this year Christmas, let me use this opportunity to felicitate with our brethren. Also, I want to say congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his 54th birthday. I pray God continue to guide and bless him. I also wish him long life and prosperity.
“Our Christian brothers and sisters should use this festive period to pray for peace and tranquility in Oyo state and Nigeria at large and pray for Governor Seyi Makinde to be able to govern our state beyond 2023.”
