A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and Oyo State gubernatorial hopeful, Dr Ololade Usman Bakare has joined eminent Nigerians to congratulate First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu on her installation as Yeye Asiwaju Of Ile-Oodua by Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.
The installation which took place at the Afewonro Park, Enuwa Square within the Ooni’s palace drew large number of dignitaries from all walks of life.
Dr Bakare described the installation of Senator Oluremi Tinubu as a remarkable moment of honour, dignity and cultural celebration as she becomes holder of prestigious traditional title, Yeye Asiwaju Of Ile-Oodua which was held last by late Hannah Idowu Dideolu Awolowo.
The cyber security expert said Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s installation as Yeye Asiwaju Of Ile-Oodua speaks volumes about her admirable virtues — strength, compassion, wisdom and resilience. Dr Bakare commended Senator Tinubu’s advocacy for social harmony, dedication to women empowerment and youth empowerment in the country.
Dr Bakare stressed that recognition of Senator Oluremi Tinubu at the 10th coronation ceremony of Ooni of Ile-Ife made her traditional title holder, a crown of honour and call to greater service to Nigeria.
