Oyo state government has set up dedicated COVID-19 Endowment Fund accounts with the state’s partner banks to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the government, the account is aimed to serve as a central bucket for collection of donations specifically for such a time as this.
“It will also harness state-wide support and partnership with the government in providing the necessary assistance for those who have been affected directly or indirectly by the virus,” a statement posted on its official Facebook account,reads.
