The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State has described the news of the death of the son of its National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as most shocking and devastating not only to his family but the entire Nigeria.
In a statement issued in Ibadan on Thursday and personally signed by its State Chairman, Chief Akin Oke, Oyo APC expressed deep shock and regret over the unfortunate development urging prayers for the former Lagos State governor and his entire family.
“The news of Barrister Jide Tinubu came to us with a rude shock and disbelief in view of the fact that nobody had a premonition of an early departure of such a wonderful, energetic and promising young man from this world at a time like this but we trust God for His impeccable decision.
“We share in the grief of our leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his entire family at this moment and we pray God almighty for the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”. Oke stated
