A gubernatorial aspirant of the Oyo State All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Usman Ololade Bakare has joined eminent progressive leaders in Oyo State and beyond to felicitate with revered party leader, a core progressive, Alhaji Fatai Bayonle Ibikunle on the occasion of his 65th birthday anniversary.
Dr Bakare described Alhaji Ibikunle, Personal Assistant to late former governor Alhaji Lamidi Onaolapo Adesina as a distinguished political leader, administrator of uncommon capacity whose life is defined by service, discipline and commitment to the progressive ethos.
The cyber security expert, Bakare said Alhaji Ibikunle’s journey in leadership has been characterised by integrity, strategic thinking and an uncommon dedication to public goods. Dr Bakare said Alhaji Ibikunle’s political engagements continue to reflect courage, inclusiveness and loyalty to democratic ideals.
Dr Bakare remarked that Alhaji Ibikunle’s contributions to political development and governance earned him a member, Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) and Executive Director, Commercial and Environmental Department of the recently inaugurated South West Development Commission by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
