Senator Olufemi Lanlehin, the Oyo governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has tasked voters in the state to monitor their votes after voting to secure their next four years.
Lanlehin stated this as his campaign tour moved to Ido and Ibadan North-West Local Government Areas of Ibadan, on Monday.
According to a report by Nigerian Tribune, he urged the electorate in the state to elect candidates of ADC in all the elections.
“Do not leave after voting; stay to protect your votes. It’s just a matter of four hours. Please, exercise that patience to secure your future for the next four years.
“All of this hunger will end by 29 May 2019. We shall be paying salaries as and when due. You know that when water is poured from the top, it flows downwards.
“The Ido farm settlement will be revived, and we shall grant you interest-free loans to encourage farming, and trading,” Nigerian Tribune quoted him as saying at the Ido Motor Park.
