The city of Ibadan witnessed a historic moment with the coronation and crowning of His Royal Majesty, Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja as the beaded crown-wearing King of Ibadan.
The event, led by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, was hailed as a true reflection of the city’s cherished cultural heritage and unity.
Mr. Seyi Oyebamiji, an indigene of the state, joined in the celebration, describing the crowning process as a beacon of hope and progress for Ibadan land and its environs.
He praised Oba Ladoja as a symbol of greatness with rich experience in leadership and a deep commitment to public service.
In a separate message, Mr. Oyebamiji also commemorated International Youth Day by urging the vibrant youths of Oyo State to remain steadfast and committed to positive change.
He emphasized the importance of embracing their talents, striving for excellence, and engaging in initiatives that promote progress.
