In continuation of a familiarization visit to all geo political zones in Oyo State,the Babaloja General of Oyo State Asiwaju Yekeen Abass, the Babaloja in counil and the state ministry of Commerce, Trade and industry paid official visit to the market leaders, traders, and artisans in Ibarapaland.
Ibarapaland comprises of seven major towns and adjoining neighbourhoods, which includes, Lanlate, Eruwa, Igboora, Idere,Tapa, Ayete, Igangan and many other communities.
At Igboora venue of the event, mammoth crowd of traders welcome the entourage of the Babaloja General of Oyo State amidst jubilation.
Some of the market leaders from Ibarapazone urged the Babaloja General of Oyo State to priotize welfare of all traders and artisans.
Earlier in his Welcome address the Babaloja of Ibarapa Salawudeen Abdulrahman thank the Babaloja general for the familiarization visit and assuring the entourage of a full coperation from the zone.
Addressing the gathering, the Babaloja General of Oyo State, Asiwaju Yekeen Abass said the visit is aimed at uniting the association and Champion a wayforward.
While answering some salient question from the traders Alhaji YK Abass said he is optimistic of goverment support when they are in one accord.
The State commissioner for Commerce trade and Industry Hon. Adeniyi Adebisi represented by Mr. Onita Lawrence said the traders should work in unity of purpose.
