The Onilala of Lanlate, Oba Sunday Bolawaye Oladejo has mourn the death of his mother, Mama Oba, Princess Maria Ayandola Oladejo (Nee Ayanwande)
Princess Maria Ayandola Oladejo died on Monday 29th June, 2026 at a glorious age of 90.
The Onilala of Lanlate describe the death as regrettable but stated that no one dare not question God.
“As a nonagenarian, I will celebrate your death because your glory shined in your lifetime”.
He described Mama Oba as an achiever, who witnessed the glory of his child becoming Onilala of Lanlate.
According to a statement from the office of the Onilala of Lanlate, Friday 3rd July, 2026 is the Christian wake which will be held at the Oguntayi Palace Square Lanlate.
On Saturday 4th July, 2026 is the Funeral Service at First Baptist Church Lanlate at 10am. While entertainment of guest follows immediately at New Motor Park Lanlate.
