The seven lawmakers from the 10 Okeogun local government of Oyo State has congratulated the proprietor of newly accredited SAF Polytechnic, Iseyin, Alhaji Ismail Folorunso, traditional rulers and all indigenes of the region who contributed to the establishment of the institution.
SAF Polytechnic, which is the first private institution in the region, was accredited last week.
A statement on behalf of Honourables Olaleru John (Kajola), Afees Adeleke (Iseyin), Lukman Olawale Balogun (Oorelope), Silas Okunlola (Iwajowa), Sangodipe Michael (ATISBO), Oseni Abdulganiyu (Irepo/Olorunsogo) by the deputy speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Barr. Musah AbdulWasi ( Saki West), expressed the lawmakers’ joy at the establishment of the institution, stating that “it will not only generate more employment and boost IGR, it will accomodate our junior ones who have been made to cough our fortunes all in the name of seeking admission.
”The timing is more than important as there can be no other time for the establishment of such. While praying for proprietor, we urge other well-meaning indigenes of our zone to come back and look at what they can invest here. A community is better developed by insiders rather than outsiders,” the statement added.
