Association of Local Government Chairmen, Oyo State, Felicitates the Olubadan-Designate, His Imperial Majesty Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja (ARuSA1), on His Birthday
The Association of Local Government Chairmen, Oyo State, joyfully joins the sons and daughters of Ibadanland, and indeed the good people of Oyo State, to celebrate His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja (ARuSA1), the Olubadan of Ibadanland-Designate, on the occasion of his birthday today.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Association, *Hon. Sikiru Oyedele Sanda*, and made available to the press by its Publicity Secretary, *Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo*, the Association described the celebrant as a revered statesman, a visionary leader, and a true custodian of Yoruba heritage whose life has been dedicated to service and development.
According to the statement, “Your Majesty, this day is not only a reminder of your journey of grace and impact but also a celebration of the remarkable life you have lived in service to humanity, Ibadanland, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large. From the corridors of leadership as a former Governor of Oyo State to your revered position as a statesman and custodian of tradition, you have continually embodied wisdom, courage, and selfless service.”
The Association further commended Oba Ladoja’s enduring commitment to peace, unity, and development — values that have endeared him to the people and made him a shining example of leadership across generations. It expressed confidence that his anticipated reign as Olubadan will usher in greater progress, harmony, and prosperity in Ibadanland and beyond.
On this special day, the 33 Local Government Chairmen under the Association of Local Government Chairmen, Oyo State, heartily wish His Imperial Majesty long life in sound health, greater wisdom, and divine guidance.
