In a grand display of respect and admiration, Chief Oluwafemi Olawale Junaid, the esteemed Mogaji Jinadu Ile Ganga of Itutaba, Ibadan, has extended his warmest congratulations to the illustrious Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba (Sen) Abdulrashidi Adewolu Akanmu Ladoja (Arusa 1), on two momentous occasions.

The Olubadan recently celebrated his 81st birthday on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and was enthroned as the monarch of Ibadanland on Friday, September 26, 2025, in a ceremony held at the Ascentral Hall, Mapo, Ibadan which was attended by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, alongside numerous dignitaries from across Nigeria.

The ceremony was a testament to the Olubadan’s stature, with sons and daughters of Ibadanland, business moguls, traditional rulers, and other prominent figures in attendance. Chief Junaid’s congratulatory message was filled with warmth and sincerity, reflecting the deep respect and admiration he has for the Olubadan. He praised the monarch’s wisdom, leadership, and dedication to the betterment of Ibadanland and its people.

The Olubadan’s 81st birthday marks a significant milestone in his life. Mogaji Junaid noted that it is a testament to his longevity, wisdom, and enduring legacy. He wished the Olubadan good health, happiness, and many more years of fruitful life.

The enthronement of the Olubadan is a historic moment for Ibadanland, Chief Oluwafemi Olawale Junaid commended the monarch on his ascension to the throne of his forefathers. He expressed confidence that the Olubadan’s leadership would bring peace, prosperity, and progress to the kingdom.

As the Mogaji Jinadu Ile Ganga, Chief Olawale Junaid has always been a strong supporter of the Olubadan’s initiatives and programs aimed at improving the lives of the people of Ibadanland. He reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with the monarch to achieve the kingdom’s goals and aspirations.

Chief Oluwafemi Olawale Junaid’s congratulatory message concluded with a heartfelt prayer for the Olubadan’s long life, peace, and prosperity. He wished the monarch a successful and fulfilling reign, expressing confidence that the kingdom would flourish under his leadership.
