The Chairman of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, has assured women journalists in the state of his support at all times. Adeniran stated this while hosting the executive members of the Oyo State chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) in his office.
According to him, his love for the journalism profession will always make him support media practitioners in the state. “I love journalism as a profession. That’s why I will always support practitioners of this noble profession.”
In her remarks, the Chairperson of Oyo NAWOJ in the state, commended Dr. Adeniran for his support and kind gesture to women journalists in the state at all times. “Chairman of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, and my fellow Nawojians, I am honored for the opportunity given to us to meet you, sir. We appreciate you for your support towards our Association always.”
