The chairman of Ibarapa North Local Government Area, Hon Lateef Akorede has congratulated the Speaker of the Oyo state House of Assembly, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin over his appointment.
Ogundoyin was appointed as the Ibarapa Zone election coordinator by the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
This is coming ahead of the local government election in the state in April.
Akorede in a statement signed and made available to newsmen expressed confidence that the party will coast to victory in the Ibarapa zone and the state generally.
He urged the good people of Ibarapa zone and Oyo state to come out and vote for candidates of the party.
He said this will enable them to continue the good works they have been doing.
It reads: “This is to congratulate the Rt Hon Speaker of the Oyo state House of Assembly, Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin over his appointment as the Ibarapa Zone election coordinator by our party, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
“I have full confidence in your appointment that victory is ours in the forthcoming election in Ibarapa zone and Oyo state in general.
“The good people of Ibarapa zone and Oyo state should vote for all candidates of the PDP, this will enable us to continue the good works we are doing.”
