The overall leaders of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Ido Local Government Area, on Monday, endorsed the current Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo for second term in office.
This followed a meeting, which held in the council, including Pa Mallam Yussuf and some other PDP leaders.
They described Hon. Sheriff Adeojo as grassroots politicians that is fit for the job, saying he has leadership qualities that stand him out.
“Sheriff Adeojo has shown a good leadership in every nook and crannies of our council and we are feeling the impact. So, we so much believe in his leadership style,” one of the leader said.
Others personalities at the meeting include: Alhaja Kafilat Olayiwola (former commissioner for women affairs); Hon. Adeoye (PDP Leader); Hon. Abdullahi Tijani (Leader); Hon. Bamidele LG secretary, Hon. Olawaye Gbenga J.P. (Ido PDP Party Secretary), and other 8 PDP Local Govt. Exco’s Alhaji Wasiu Akinsola (ward1 PDP Chairman ), Alhaji Safiu Ayinde – (ward2 Pdp Chairman), Hon. Bimbo Akande – (Ward 4 Chairman), Chief Jimoh Dauda- (ward5 chairman), Alhaji Wasiu Aminu- (ward 6 chairman) Hon. azeez Olaide – (ward 8 Chairman), Hon. Adedayo Afolabi – (ward 10 chairman) among others.
