The gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress, Senator Olufemi Lanlehin has mocked candidates from opposition parties whose name couldn’t make the INEC candidates’ list released Thursday.
Lenlehin yesterday was at Iware, Afijio local government in Oyo state to continue with ADC’s campaign.
He said “when they told us to leave ADC, we told them that ADC is the party the people want.
“We begged them to stay, the refused. They were bent on leaving.
“The names came out yesterday, all the names want in ADC came out on the list, the way we wanted them.
“When you get home, ask them if their names are on the list.
Lanlehin was accompanied by Senator Monsurat Sunmonu and the former Deputy governor of Oyo state, Taofeek Arapaja.
He promised the people of Afijio local government area to continue the construction of the abandoned health care facility in Iware.
“The hospital here will be completed once we get elected.
“We will empower traders. We will give funds to them to do their businesses.” He said.
