Former governor Rashidi Ladoja has officially lost another competent loyalist to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state.
Chief Ayodele Adigun, who was Secretary to the State Government during the tenure of Ladoja, has officially joined the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Adigun, a former permanent secretary in the Oyo State civil service, is said to be one of the ‘intellectual men’ behind the administration of Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State. His defection to the APC cannot be disconnected with his cordial relationship with Akeredolu.
Registering in his ward 8 area of Ibadan North East Local government, he was received by party leaders who expressed happiness over his arrival to the party.
