The African Democratic Congress (ADC) senatorial candidate for Oyo North, Barrister Bayo Lawal has felicitated with the former Secretary to the State of Government, Chief Micheal Adeniyi Koleosho who clocked 81 years old today.
Bayo Lawal in a statement personally signed by him, a copy which was sent to insideoyo.com regarded Koleosho as a “rock of Gibraltar”.
It reads “I take liberty of today celebrate, appreciate, honor, felicitate, and congratulate a leader like no other, Honourable Chief Michael Adeniyi Akano Koleoso, OFR, Babalaje of Saki Land.
“Your life is a remarkable example of humility, forthrightness, truth, dependability, and reliability. A leader who would not forsake his followers even in extreme circumstances and challenges. You are like a rock of Gibraltar. Solid.”
The Bamofin of Kishi also thanked the Babalaje of Sakiland for his support through out the electioneering period to ADC and most especially to him.
“Your sacrifices, denials and contributions to Democratic space in Nigeria are legendary. Yours is a life full of good example to emulate. Your positive contributions to ADC in the last general elections are well documented in the archives. I am particularly grateful to you for support in all ramifications – financial, moral and political. Thank you sir”
The former Attorney General of Oyo state also beseeched God to continue his blessings on Koleosho.
