Cardiovascular Surgeon, Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan, has returned to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State.
Adeduntan, who returned to the party on Wednesday at the party secretariat in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, was received by the state executive members of the APC.
Recall that the former Commissioner for Health had dumped the APC few weeks before the 2023 governorship election, citing fraudulent primaries at all levels.
He stated that the issues have now been resolved to prevent such impunity from happening again in the future.
While speaking on why he left the PDP-led government he worked for, Adeduntan said Governor Seyi Makinde is a divider, not a uniter, attempting to replicate the failed WIKE/FUBARA strategy in Oyo State.
He added that Makinde prefers minions who are servile and obedient over people with superior intellect.
Adeduntan stated that he and his supporters across the state have not benefited from the administration they worked to bring to power in the last year.
He also accused Governor Seyi Makinde of ignoring phone calls.
