Twenty years after the death of his magician father, Alhaji Moshood Abiola aka Professor Peller, Quilox owner, Shina Peller, hasorganised a football competition to celebrate the late Africa’s greatest illusionist.
Billed to kick off today at the National Youth Service Corps Orientation Camp, Iseyin, a total of 300 players from 20 teams in 10 Local Government Areas would compete for one trophy at the competition tagged Peller Unity Football Cup. The finals will be played on Thursday, 3rd August, 2017 .
Peller, who also owns Aquilla Record, said he had organised the competition with the aim of bringing football development to the youths of state through the remembrance of his late father and not for political intentions.
He expressed his willingness to commence series of projects in the state as well as support the participants after the football tournament.

Winners of the competition will smile home with N500,000 while the runners up and third-place team get N300,000 and N150,000. The most valuable player and top scorer will be handed N50,000 each.
