The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company has announced that there will be power outage for five hours tomorrow, 17th June in Oyo and other states being supplied supplied electricity by the company.
This was made known in a tweet on the official twitter account of the company. According to the tweet, the black out is to enable the company upgrade its capacity to serve the electricity consumers better. The black out will start at 7:00am and end by 12:00pm.
It reads “A planned server maintenance has been scheduled to upgrade our capacity to help serve you better.
“All billing and vending operations will be unavailable during this stated outage period.”
The company also apologized to electricity consumers for any inconveniences this outage may caused.
