It saddens my heart when someone who suppose to protect the law choose to become a law breaker. There is an adage that “a house built on a faulty foundation would collapse anytime soon.” The hypothesis has it that, a person whose conscience is dead has psychiatric disorders,and in turn could rise up in a day to drive away a rightful owner of a property, that was exactly what is operating in Oyo SDP now.
Conceding a monopoly of power to Hon. Mulikat Akande by Dr. Olu Agunloye’s circumstantial allied and destructive partner so as to enable her decide for the whole of the party,that represents the lowest ebb of democratic civilization and it can leads to despotism and tyranny with effectual failure at the poll and political death-knell.
It could be recalled that in our Federal Constituency that comprises Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola, and Iwajowa, the leaders in their meeting collectively agreed that Barr. Kazeem Abiola shall represent the party come 2023. Based on their support and acceptance he then went round the four Local Government to solicit for their support and they consented to his request and there was no single person objected to his candidature.
“You don’t prevent a child who choose to be leprous provided the child is ready to stay alone in the forest.” After payment for the nomination form and at the point of collection Dr. Olu Agunloye said that Hon. Mulikat Akande has been single handedly made as the SDP of Oyo State and that all the nomination forms has been given to her, incredible, a factional group from PDP an expert snatcher,resemblance of a car snatcher who has never offcially decleared for SDP but claimed to be SDP. What a big joke.
They are building castle in the air.I therefore advice Dr.Olu Agunloye and Hon. Mulikat Akande to have a rethink on their destructive actions before it goes beyond redemption. I am also using this medium to appeal to Chief Olu Falae to as a matter of urgency intervene and prevail on the duo before destroying SDP in Oyo State.
