A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Engineer Oyedele Hakeem Alao, has congratulated the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba (Dr.) Mohood Olalekan Balogun, on his 80th birthday.
Alao in a statement he personally signed and made available by his Media Office, said the birthday celebration of the first class monarch provides an opportunity to celebrate a quintessential father, a noble statesman and role model who loves Ibadanland with passion.
The Asiwaju of Irokoland while congratulating Oba Balogun for reaching the milestone, prayed for many more years in good health for him while Ibadanland will witness more development under his reign.
According to him, “I want to congratulate the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Mohood Olalekan Balogun, on the celebration of his 80th birthday.
“The birthday of our referred father is worth of celebration as he is a custodian of the very rich Ibadan traditional heritage whose reign
has been peaceful and prosperous for all in Ibadanland.
