More than 70 participants attended a two-day Ability in Disability conference in Ibadan organised by Angel Wings Global Freedom Foundation.
The conference, the organisers told InsideOyo,com that it was part of moves to show greatness in people living with disabilities.
The two conference, titled; ‘No One Left Behind’, took place at the Amercian Corner, Jericho , Ibadan.
According to the organiser, the conference is also to show parents that have children living with disabilities still have future despite their disabilities as living examples showcase their talent and discuss on their experiences.
The event featured: Yanex Tile Cleaner/Toilet wash and liquid wash, YutexUnityMedia, YuntexGlobal Designer ( Shoes, Belts,Fashion Accessories, customized & luxury accessories, Hope Soars Foundation (Cakes,liquid wash, chinchin and snacks of any kind, Ariyo Fashion Designer, Bizsmile Concept (Ankara bags and customised shirts&Shoe and many more).
Dr. Ayodele Adewale of Quantaum Leap spoke on “Ending human problem” while Mr Yinka Olaosebi did a poem on ‘The race of Life’ focusing on disability not being male or female.
The other speaker, Emmanuel Ossai spoke on how to take advantage of technology to work from home as a person living with disabilities.
Mr. Bayo Fadugba, chairman of the ocassion moderated the launching of the magazine.
Participants expressed appreciation and shared testimony about how Abiose Falade, founder of Angel Wings Foundation had inspired and impacted their lives.
