The Gubernatorial Candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Folarin is billed to attend special party’s meeting today, Wednesday October 12, in Ibadan North Local Government.
The meeting is holding at Immanuel College High School, UI Road, Samonda, Ibadan at 4:00 pm prompt.
Hon. Ademola Omotosho, Planning Committee Chairman disclosed this in a notice of meeting signed and made available to news men in Ibadan on Tuesday.
Omotosho, however, itemised the followings as order of activities scheduled for the day, which include interactive session with the Traditional Rulers in Ibadan North Local Government Area; venue is Alice Palace, Opposite UCH Second Gate, Secretariat Road, Ibadan at 10:00am.
Adding that, an interactive session with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), will take place at Vineyard of Grace Evangelical Church, Alaro Bus-Stop, off Poly Road, Sango, Ibadan at 12:00pm.
He said, “another one with the League of Imams and Alfas at UCH Central Mosque, UCH, Ibadan with effect from 1:00pm.
Omotosho maintained that, interactive session with Artisans will come up at SWAGA House, Iyana Sapati, Odoye, Ibadan at 2:00pm.
He stressed that, the one with the market traders will take place at Conference Hall, Bodija, Ibadan at 3:00 pm.
Hon. Omotosho enjoined all party’s elders, leaders, members and loyalists of the party in Ibadan Local Government to attend the meeting.
Justifying that, the meeting coming up today is a strategic one to sell the candidatures of the party’s presidential flag bearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, 2023 governorship candidate of the party in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Folarin, and other progressive candidates in Ibadan and across Oyo State to people at the local council.
