Wife of Oyo state Governor, Mrs Florence Ajimobi has declared her wish to become a pastor at the age of 60 following her recent ordination as a deaconess at the Word Communication Ministries.
Mrs Ajimobi would be 60 in April 2019.
Mrs Ajimobi declared her intention during the August edition of the Women Intercessory Network Prayer Rally held at the Government House arcade, Ibadan, today.
She said she had always wished to be a minister of God and had always prayed about it and God has started answering which is evident in her ordination as a deaconess, praying that God answers her prayer to become a pastor at the age of 60.
The First Lady enjoined women to pray for their husband’s and children at all times, so that their endeavours will prosper.
She appreciated Oyo women for their love for God and for always coming out to honour God, stressing that God will meet all their needs.
Mrs Ajimobi urged the people to pray for the Governor because God ordained him to be in authority and pray that he achieves all his plans for Oyo state, also urging them to appreciate all that he is doing in the position he currently occupies.
Earlier while delivering the sermon, Pastor Bunmi Salami from the Transformers’ place, Lagos charged the people to always speak positively to be fruitful.
