Engineer Najeem Omirinde, immediate past chairman of the Oyo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (OYRUWASSA), has extended warm felicitations to Mr. Ayo Olopoenia Olowosoke, Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Adult and Non-Formal Education (AANFE), on the occasion of his birthday.
