Engineer Najeem Omirinde, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress immediate past Chairman of Oyo State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency (OYORUWASSA) has extended warm birthday wishes to Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, Executive Director of the South West Development Commission (SWDC).
