There is doubts over the marriage of Leah Abiara, the youngest child of former General Evangelist, Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide, Prophet Samuel Abiara, and his late wife, Christiana, to Ibadan-based socialite, Ayotunde Omolola, aka Nero.
Punch reported how both were in a long-term relationship before they got married at a flamboyant wedding in 2011. The ceremony held at the prestigious Polo Club, Ibadan, and was attended by the crème de la crème.
In her 30s, Leah, unarguably the most popular and flamboyant of her parents’ eight children, was for many years a prominent figure on the social scene. Her lifestyle among other things was nothing short of lavish and many people felt it was not in agreement with the teachings of the Christ Apostolic Church.
Having schooled and lived in the United States of America, she shuttled between her overseas abode, Lagos and Ibadan. Leah, who was in the habit of driving state-of-the-art cars, was often garbed in the latest fashion attire.
Unlike what obtained in the past, Leah has, without a doubt, kept a low profile in the last few years. Because of this singular act, there is speculation that she and Nero have gone their separate ways thus prompting her to relocate overseas. Leah, who last year visited Nigeria to attend her mum’s funeral, was without Nero, thus giving credence to the hearsay.
