President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday, felicitated with Dr. Yunus Abiodun Akintunde, the first Nigerian to bag a doctorate degree in Energy and Environment, on the auspicious occasion of his diamond jubilee, March 6, 2022.
This is contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, on Saturday.
The statement was titled, ‘President Buhari facilitates with Energy Economist, Dr. Yunus Akintunde at 60’.
While rejoicing with family, friends and associates of the icon, Buhari also applauds the meritorious service of the celebrant to his native Oyo State, to Nigeria and to scholarship, through his current book, ‘Dimensions of Energy Poverty and Rural Electrification in Nigeria’.
He wished the celebrant long life, prosperity and further service to motherland Nigeria.
