After numerous meetings and consultations, members of the Unity Forum, a breakaway faction of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Oyo state has joined the Former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s third force party, African Democratic Congress (ADC) today.
This was made known in a post by the Spokesman of the Forum, Wasiu Sadare, on his Facebook wall today.
“Finally, Unity Forum Lands in ADC” it reads.
Recall that insideoyo.com had earlier reported that leaders of the Unity Forum met with Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta last week. News reports have it that the former President of Nigeria welcomed the move of the Unity Forum to his party.
Some of the leaders of the Unity Forum in the pictures obtained by insideoyo.com are Alhaji Yunus Akintunde, a gubernatorial aspirant; Prof Adeolu Akande, a gubernatorial aspirant; Honorable Murphy, a former member of the House of Representatives; Rt Hon Musa AbdWasi, the Deputy Speaker of OYHA and many others.
