Dr Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has been declared winner of the Ibarapa North, Ibarapa Central Federal Constituency Election.

Adebayo Adepoju also known as ‘Ibarapa Kan’ defeated the serving lawmaker representing the constituency, Hon Muraina Ajibola.

Announcing the result, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Returning Officer, said the former Chairman of the Oyo state Water Corporation polled 12,884 to defeat other candidates.
