Nairabet founder, Akin-Alabi has emerged as the All Progressives Congress, APC’s House Of Representatives candidate for Egbeda/Ona Ara federal constituency.
Akin Alabi won the ticket after the other aspirants, Hon Jenrade, Hon Adewale Ishola and Hon Adio, stepped down for him.

Recall that insideOYO.com earlier reported that Akin Alabi resigned from the sports betting company to enable him concentrate on his political ambition ahead of 2019.
“In a few weeks, I will be resigning as CEO of NairaBET so I can fully concentrate on my campaign to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives.
“If I lose, my seat will be waiting for me at the head office. Politics is not a do or die affair.“ he tweeted.
Akin Alabi contested the 2015 Egbeda-Ona Ara seat of the House of Representatives’ election under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. But he lost the seat to the ruling All Progressive Congress.
