The Chairman of Oyo State Rural Water Supply Agency, (OYRUWASSA), Engineer Najeem Omirinde has said that former Deputy Governor, Ambassador Taofeeq Arapaja is the best man for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Deputy National Chairman position.
Omirinde who said Arapaja will win made this remark on Thursday at his office while speaking with newsmen ahead of the National convention of the party scheduled for Saturday.
He commended Governor Seyi Makinde and other leaders of the party for their magnanimity and good thought in making Arapaja their choice for the position.
He expressed confidence that Arapaja will bring the best out of the party in its move to return to power in 2023.
“The choice of Arapaja for the position of the Deputy National Chairman is no doubt the best and he’s the best man for the job.
“I must commend the thought and magnanimity of His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde and other leaders of the party. I’m sure that Arapaja will work assiduously towards returning the party to power in 2023.”
