The chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Kajola local government area, Chief Johnson Adesola Ojebiyi has said that nobody attacked anyone during the last meeting of the party in the local government.
Ojebiyi said the meeting went on peacefully adding that the little disagreement between some people must be after the meeting.
This is in reaction to a news that suspected thugs loyal to the lawmaker representing Kajola State Constituency, Honourable Akeem Mustapha attacked a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) , National Ex-officio Mrs. Oluwakemi Mosunmola Bello.
“The meeting went on successfully. We started and finished without any fight. No fight at the meeting, it could be after the meeting. But no one fought at the meeting.” Ojebiyi said in a telephone conversation with our correspondent.
Also speaking with our correspondent, one of the leaders of the party in Kajola local government area who was at the meeting, Alhaji Igbayilola said the little disagreement that happened between some people have been addressed by the leaders.

His words: “Many things happened at the meeting that day. As leaders, there’s none we didn’t intervene. The only one that looks like issue has been settled.
“And we will still sit on it to resolve it amicably. There’s nothing beyond our power in the issues.”
Similarly, the Youth Leader of the party, Mr Ganiyu Afeez Ajibola, said the National Ex-officio of the party Mrs. Oluwakemi Mosunmola Bello was at the meeting on the said day to clear air on some issues.
He said that she wasn’t beaten nor was she threatened.
He added that there was a little misunderstanding between Mrs Bello and some people.
