On Thursday, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi led other Obas in Yorubaland to the finals of Peller Unity Cup to mark the 20th year remembrance of Alhaji Moshood Pelller, aka Professor Peller.
At the event which took place at the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Permanent Orientation Camp, Iseyin, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyemi Eniyan, the Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba AbdulGaniyu Salawu and other monarchs were in attendance.
Fuji maestor, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde led other musicians like Olamide Adedeji, Taiye Currency, Small Doctor, 9ice to the event.
Organiser of the event, Shina Peller, who owns Quilox Club and Acquilla Group, was happy to host the event as it is said to be the biggest ever in the 10 local government areas of Okeogun part of Oyo State.
