Former Oyo State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Professor Abdul-rahman Raphael Afonja (PARA), has congratulated Hon. Dare Adeleke, Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Federal Constituency Matters, on his birthday anniversary.
