Sequel to the release of time table for 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) by Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB), Academic Excellence Initiative (AEI), Oyo State announced her annual event tagged UTME Seminar.
The event is geared towards enlightening SS 3 students and prospective UTME candidates about choice of course, subject combinations and general information on admissions.
The 2020 edition of the programme is slated to hold on January 18, 2020 at De Aces Hall, Opposite TAMPAN, Agip Bus-Stop, Yemetu, Ibadan by 10 a.m.
It is going to feature three distinguished guest speakers: Mr. Mansur Ismaila, CEO Utopian Ideas; Pharm. Yemi Adekunle, Author of Pushing the Limits: From Riding Okada to Graduating with First Class in Pharmacy and Miss Mary Osanyinlusi of Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ibadan.
The trio will share the lessons on their path to academic excellence with the aspiring youths as they face the future.
Also, on this day, Award of UTME form will be given to candidates who scored minimum of 50% in the selection test held at The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo.
Dignitaries expected at the event includes Dr. Olusola Ayoola, Founder of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Nigeria (RAIN), Pharm. Foluso Adigun, Bond Chemical Industries, Dr.(Mrs) Modinat Rufai , People’s Girls Grammar School, Ibadan and many others
